What payment methods do you accept?  Payments accepted through PayPal or credit/debit card.

Do I have to pay sales tax?  Only CALIFORNIA customers are charged sales tax.

What is your production time?  STANDARD SHIP $8.00 Orders take approx 3-7 business days to hand craft before they ship.  (Timing is subject to change with gift holidays & not guaranteed unless RUSH SHIP is selected.)

EXPRESS/RUSH DELIVERY guaranteed within 7 business days $40

How long does shipping take?  For International orders, shipping can vary from 2-5 weeks. Once your order arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to the country's taxes and custom duties. For those countries that charge taxes and duties on imported goods, Hollymarie Jewelry is not responsible for collecting/charging these fees. Therefore, it is the duty of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.

How will I know when my order ships?  You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order leaves our studio.

What kind of photos work best?  Please email ORIGINAL photo with a face in focus and space around the entire head (not cut off). Artist will crop and convert to black and white to but suit the piece.

Can I add charms later? Yes you can add charms any time after purchasing the original piece. Typically the item is sent back for proper securing of new additions and to refresh the piece.

Are photos waterproof? Yes they are sealed to prevent water damage however, it is not recommend for constant submersion in cholorine as this will eventually discolor the piece.

What materials do you use to make your jewelry?  We use high quality metals: 14 kt gold fill or .925 sterling silver from reputable US sources. All supplies and components used in Hollymarie Jewelry products chosen with care to ensure utmost quality.

Are photos online to scale to accurately show size?  No, but we do our best to give you reference with size charts and style photos to give you a better idea of scale and dimension. If you have any questions please contact us at (info@hollymariejewelry.com) and will will be happy to clarify.

What is the most popular chain length for gift purchases?

If you are unsure, the middle option—18 inches—fits most people well. You can also add a necklace extender to a necklace to allow your loved one the ability to resize, as needed.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?  All metal and materials are nickel and lead-free.

Can you stamp both sides of the bars/charms?  STAMPING allows only one side because hand stamping is a high-impact process & it is the nature of the process to create slight effect on the back. INSCRIPTIONS allow for both sides to be marked.

Does the chain length include the pendant?  Yes, we include the pendant in the total necklace length. If you’d like your necklace adjustable, please include an extender when you order.

What is 14k gold filled?  Gold filled is a pressure bonded layer of gold that has 100 times more gold than plated jewelry. It is durable, won't chip or flake, is tarnish resistant, and is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry that is reasonably priced. It looks great and, with proper care, will last for years.

How do I care for my jewelry?  Each piece is handcrafted and therefore delicate. All jewelry will tarnish over time and exposure to environment and oils. Certain body chemistry, perfumes and lotions can cause discoloration and extra polishing will be required. Store your jewelry individually to avoid tangling or scratches not the metal. Gently rub across the surface with a polish cloth (available as an add-on item) until the shine has been restored. Occasionally remove skin oils by rinsing with warm water and buffing with a soft cloth.

Can I make a change to my order?  All changes need to be made within 12 hours, as we strive to process and start working on each order as we receive it.

What is your return policy?  We are absolutely confident in the quality of our product and want you to feel the same way. We cannot offer returns on any custom or personalized items.  Contact us immediately (info@hollymariejewelry) with any concerns.

Does my order come with a warranty?  Yes, we offer a 60 day warranty on any chain or clasp defects. Email us right away if you're having issues with a broken chain or faulty clasp (info@hollymariejewelry.com) so we can resolve the issue. If your necklace breaks after the 60 day time frame, contact us and we will replace your chain. If you are unhappy with the length of an item, email us (info@hollymariejewelry.com) and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You will be responsible for any shipping costs and may be subject to a $5 re-working fee.
