RETURNS // Due to the labor intensive nature of handcrafted sterling jewelry custom items - we do not accept returns on any customized jewelry items. However, every attempt will be made to accomodate your request for revision or exchange. Please be sure to DOUBLE CHECK your spelling and custom engraving and photo jewelry requests so the order is correct. We are not responsible for ordering errors.
EXCHANGES (due to chain length requests) // If you are looking for the perfect length chain, we can swap out the chain for a rework fee of $5.00 + the cost of shipping.
To return for repair or exchange, please email your request for a Return Authorization to: email@example.com
We will make reasonable repairs on Custom Jewelry items only for up to 1 year after date of purchase at no cost. Customer is responsible for shipping item back for repair or revision with a Return Authorization.
